Job summary

Stryten Energy is hiring for a production associate at our Lancaster, PA plant. The role focuses on monitoring molding outputs, trimming, assembling, packing and ensuring production flow. You will stand for the shift, follow safety rules and maintain quality standards.

Expect hourly compensation starting at $19.94 with a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Weekly pay, benefits including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, and tuition assistance, plus attendance and production

Qualifications

  • Read, speak and understand English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Able to pass a drug test and work full-time in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor products from injection molding, trim, assemble and pack.
  • Stand for the entire shift; perform bending and twisting as required.
  • Check for defects and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform light assembly, trimming, packaging and labeling.
  • Maintain production rates and operate safely and cleanly.

Job description

Compensation and Shifts

Hourly wage starting at $19.94.

1st shift – Monday through Friday, 7am–3pm.

2nd shift – Monday through Friday, 3pm–11pm. Shift differential: $1.00 per hour.

  • Quarterly Attendance Bonus – potential to earn up to $600 per quarter for meeting scheduled hours.
  • Production Bonus – potential to earn up to 10% monthly bonus on gross monthly income based on plant hitting production goals, up to $275 per month (approximately $1.70 per hour).
Responsibilities
  • Monitor product coming out of injection molding machines, clip/trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and pack product in boxes.
  • Stand for the entire shift; perform reasonable bending and twisting as required.
  • Handle various types of plastic products.
  • Check for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform light assembly of parts, trimming, packaging, and labeling.
  • Maintain acceptable established production rates.
  • Maintain a safe and clean operation.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Follow all company safety rules and policies, including reporting unsafe conditions, behaviors, near misses, incidents, or accidents to a supervisor or manager immediately.
  • Team player – must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co‑workers depend on attendance to meet goals.
  • Physical ability to stand, move, bend, twist, sort, and pack for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full‑time basis for any employer.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
  • Military training and/or experience encouraged.
  • Training interest: If you have worked in fast‑food, retail, or warehouse environments where attendance was a priority and you were trained to follow processes and procedures; if you are seeking a second career and can meet production targets; or if you are just entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
