Stryten Energy in Lancaster County is seeking a Weekend-only Production Light Assembly Associate to monitor injection-molding operations, trim plastic, assemble parts, and package finished goods. The role is physically demanding and requires standing, bending, and twisting during weekend shifts.

The position offers a stable schedule, day/night shift differentials, and opportunities to contribute to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Overview

Weekend-only Production Light Assembly Associate Needed!

$19.94 per hour

plus $1.00/hour shift differential for day shift and $1.80/hour shift differential for night shift

Shift available:

• Weekend Day (Saturday 11am – 11pm and Sunday 11am – 11pm)
• Weekend Night (Friday 11pm – Saturday 11am and Saturday 11pm – Sunday 11am)

Stryten Energy is an integrated manufacturing facility located in West Lampeter Township. Your work will involve monitoring production from injection molding machines, trimming excess plastic, assembling components, and packaging finished items. The role is physically demanding with standing, light bending, and twisting required throughout the shift.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fast-food, retail, or warehouse environments with a focus on attendance and process adherence.
• Seeking a second career that offers clear production targets and a structured schedule.
• New workforce entrants or those returning with limited experience and education.
