About The Work
Machine Mechanics help us to meet production goals and quality standards. Acting as first-level support for Operators, they troubleshoot equipment issues, make adjustments, perform repairs, and support mold changeovers (perhaps 1-2 times per week). They stand for their entire shift, sometimes bending, stooping, and crawling under molds, and use hand tools such as wrenches to perform duties.
