Job description

Overview

Training will be provided – previous manufacturing experience not required.

Hourly wage starting at $19.94 plus $1.80/hour for shift differential.

3rd shift available: Sunday thru Thursday, 11 pm – 7 am.

• Quarterly Attendance Bonus – up to $600 per quarter for meeting scheduled hours.
• Production Bonus – up to 10% monthly bonus on gross monthly income when plant production goals are met (potentially $275 per month).

Production Light Assembly Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding machines, clip or trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and pack product in boxes. Associates stand for the entire shift and perform reasonable bending and twisting as needed. All parts are lightweight.

Responsibilities

• Handle various plastic products.
• Check for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform light assembly of parts.
• Trim and package items.
• Label products.
• Maintain acceptable production rates.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and understand English.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Follow all company safety rules and policies; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Team player who can arrive on time and rely on coworkers for shared goals.
• Physically able to stand, move, bend, and twist for the entire shift; capable of sorting and packing.
• Must pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
