Job summary

ASC, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Ponca City, OK manufacturing facility. The role leads maintenance, facilities, and reliability efforts to maximize uptime and support EBITDA-focused improvements.

You will build a high‑performing team, drive preventive/predictive programs, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to achieve plant performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance operations in industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, RCM maintenance and CMMS.
• Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and performance metrics.
• Experience with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team including technicians and electricians.
• Drive safety, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Establish maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize labor efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain.
• Lead root cause analysis using 5-Why, Fishbone, and Failure Analysis.
• Monitor OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM completion, and downtime metrics.
• Manage facilities infrastructure, utilities, HVAC, and plant maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance-related capital projects and equipment installs.
• Manage spare parts inventories and maintenance expenditures.
• Support lean, operational excellence, turnaround initiatives, EBITDA.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
