Job summary

Air Products seeks a hands-on Site Manager to lead a gas production and distribution facility in Odessa, TX. You will supervise a small team, train staff, and drive safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and cost control.

You will champion EH&S excellence, develop employees, and partner with regulators and customers to ensure compliant, efficient operations. This role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial operations, manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) excellence.
• Experience managing plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to learn and operate plant equipment to support training and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility.
• Oversee maintenance, asset reliability programs, and capital project execution.
• Develop and coach site staff and manage workforce development.
• Manage site budgets, labor costs, and operational cost centers.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and environmental standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through reliability and communication.
