Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related field.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly production team to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of vigilance.
• Drive continuous improvement by using data to reduce downtime and defects.
• Allocate resources and address performance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with union representatives and other stakeholders to sustain high performance.
