Job summary

You will manage daily production, monitor quality, and lead a team through planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands and improve performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in manufacturing and 2–4 years in manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage production schedules.
• Commitment to safety standards and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to meet production goals.
• Oversee daily production processes and schedules; monitor efficiency, waste, and quality.
• Enforce and participate in safety standards; drive improvements to plant safety programs.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and sequences; inspect materials and equipment for defects.
• Review activity reports and optimize operating costs within the department.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and communicate requirements across departments.
