Service Wire Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead all production operations, drive safety culture, and optimize throughput while meeting quality and delivery targets.

You will collaborate with Planning, Maintenance and Engineering to sustain continuous improvement, control costs, and develop a positive, accountable workforce focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production that meets quality and delivery objectives.
• Drive safety culture and zero-tolerance for non-compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Provide leadership to production supervisors and build an engaged workforce.
• Develop and revise standard operating practices and support continuous improvement projects.
