Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources used in manufacturing of packaging solutions.

You will lead by example to uphold our Guiding Principles, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, coach and develop team members, and drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery. Reasonable overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by applying the company's guiding principles to champion safety and quality culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Own process improvement by driving safety, quality, production, and financial results.
• Foster morale and engagement to improve retention and continuous improvement.
• Meet customer specifications and deliver products in a timely manner.
• Manage performance: interviewing, training, development, promotions, coaching, and discipline.
• Serve as technical process expert in production, scheduling, PM actions, and budgeting.
• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
