Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor the manufacturing team responsible for packaging solutions. You will lead a shift, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvements on the production floor.

You will collaborate with maintenance and planning, manage performance, and mentor team members through training and development, while upholding the company’s principles and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of machinery and production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor production personnel to achieve targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead process improvement and cost reduction efforts.
• Foster employee engagement and retention through coaching and development.
• Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting activities.
• Support customer specifications and timely delivery.
