Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25+ production employees while driving accountability, quality, and performance.
• Oversee daily production operations, scheduling, and order planning to meet customer deadlines.
• Partner with Purchasing to maintain inventory and ensure material availability.
• Allocate labor and resources to maximize production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe manufacturing environment.
• Support the Plant Manager in all operational aspects and serve as the acting Plant Manager during absences.
