Qualifications

• Exposure to General Assembly or similar production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and frontline production teams.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to support production flow and problem-solving.
