Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to lead a 100+ person team and drive efficient, compliant manufacturing operations on the assigned shifts. You will ensure GMP and 5S standards, manage schedules, and optimize labor and material usage while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and proficient use of SAP, Kronos, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in business or related field required; Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; Food and/or Packaging manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Kronos and SAP knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team of 100+ direct reports and oversee overall direction and evaluation of staff.
• Plan production operations and schedules to meet delivery dates while optimizing costs.
• Ensure GMP, 5S, safety, and Lean practices are followed; manage inventory control and raw materials.
• Address scheduling, payroll issues, and employee relations in partnership with HR.
• Review production orders and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems.
