Trident Seafoods is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate and monitor activities of workers on the production line. You’ll oversee material flow, train staff, ensure safety practices, and keep accurate production records on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in food production.
• 6 months in food production or seafood industry.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor workers on the production line.
• Expedite flow of materials and adjust as needed.
• Notify maintenance of equipment malfunctions.
• Operate production line as needed to cover absences.
• Maintain production records and ensure safety compliance.
• Train workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and lead personnel.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety per standards.
