Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing and quality systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and team leaders.
• Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, overtime, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot production, quality, and equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support materials planning, inventory flow, and on‑time delivery of products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, cost savings, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development.
• Maintain production records, KPI tracking, training documentation, and workforce data.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
