Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Familiarity with MES and basic ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and delegate daily tasks to production staff.
• Collect labor hours and track process information using MES/ERP system.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize training for staff as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure on-time customer ship dates.
