Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Production Lead for weekend days in Georgetown, TX. This hands-on leadership role directs operators on the floor to ensure safe, efficient production with high quality, while coordinating workflow and priorities to meet targets.

During training, you’ll follow a standard 8-hour schedule. After onboarding, expect weekend day shifts (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM) with rotating weeks and 36–48 hour weeks, plus shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Production Lead (Weekend Days)

Location: Georgetown, TX

Department: Production

Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

CelLink is hiring multiple Production Leads to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Production Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.

Important: Schedule & Shift Information

We operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.

Training Period

During initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)
Post-Training Schedule

After training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • Weekend Day: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Rotating schedule:
    • Week 1: Friday – Monday (48 hours)
    • Week 2: Friday – Sunday (36 hours)

Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).

Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.

Compensation
  • Base rate: $25.00 per hour
  • Shift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedules
  • Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination)
  • Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader
  • Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
  • Experience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus
