CelLink is hiring Production Leads to guide operators on the floor in Georgetown, TX. This hands-on leadership role directs daily production, ensures safety and quality, and acts as a bridge between the team and leadership.

We offer 12-hour AWS schedules after training with possible day, night, weekends, and overtime. Base rate $25/hour plus shift differentials; a strong fit for those who excel on the floor and want growth into supervisory roles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Clear English communication is required for safety and coordination.
  • Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems (preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
  • Coordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Train and support team members, including new hires.
  • Reinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Lead (Multiple Openings – 12-Hour Shift Schedules)

Location: Georgetown, TX

About the Role

CelLink is hiring multiple Production Leads to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Production Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.

Schedule & Shift Information (Important)

We operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.

Training Period

During initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)

Post-Training Schedule

After training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Weekday and/or Weekend schedules (may include rotating patterns-see separate job post for weekend details)

Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).

We are hiring across multiple shifts. Candidates should be open to working days, nights, and/or weekends based on business needs.

Compensation

  • Base rate: $25.00 per hour
  • Shift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedules
  • Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader
  • Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
  • Experience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus
