CelLink in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a Production Lead for Weekday Nights. The role guides a team to meet department goals, with oversight of daily production flow and adherence to quality standards. Training precedes a 12-hour shifted schedule, with initial 8-hour onboarding shifts.
Base rate is $25.00 per hour with shift differentials for evenings and nights; overtime paid per law. Applicants must be capable of flexible scheduling and maintaining a safe work environment.
This position is responsible for, under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving defined department goals and ensuring that all department standards required for the team are met in the manufacturing of high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems consistent with established production and quality standards. The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day.
