Job summary

Magna Cosma International in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a manufacturing team lead to coordinate daily production activities, assign job rotations, and ensure quality standards and schedules are met. You will maintain a clean, safe work environment and monitor timekeeping and attendance.

Post-secondary education or related experience preferred.
1–3 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
Weld and forklift certifications encouraged; willingness to obtain.
Knowledge of OSHA and DOL guidelines.
Ability to promote healthy employee relations.

Responsibilities
