Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor by ensuring safe, timely completion of assigned tasks and effective communication between frontline staff and management.

The role requires coordinating schedules, leading small teams, and facilitating training and safety compliance in a concrete manufacturing setting. Candidates with prior production leadership and a strong attendance record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in plant production environment (indoor/outdoor, noise, dust, hot equipment).
• Team oriented with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and safety regulations; report issues to management or address them directly.
• Enter safety info into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or needed changes.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure employees receive required training (safety, compliance, technical).
• Package production documents for processing.
