Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understands operation of production machinery and assists with set-up and assembly.
• Practices safety procedures and promotes safety culture.
• Assists in training employees in production procedures and quality guidelines.
• Identifies potential deadline issues and communicates with the Production Lead.
• Follows preventive maintenance schedules and communicates maintenance concerns.
• Contributes to efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Participates in job development and training as needed.
• Manages inventory and supports quality control and safety committees.
