Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ERP transactions.
