Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a production leader to drive performance across a team of Shift Managers, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production.

You will analyze data from SAP and machine systems to deliver productivity reports and identify cost-saving improvements. Collaborate with finishing, quality, planning and engineering to meet customer needs, maintain housekeeping, and ensure compliance with ISO14001 and health and safety policies while recruiting, training and developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in related manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong analytical, safety and SAP/ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage production through Shift Managers to meet health, safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Collate data from SAP, operators and machine data to generate productivity reports.
• Identify improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Ensure safe operating procedures and communicate changes to finishing department.
• Collaborate with finishing, quality, planning and engineering to support customer needs.
• Maintain housekeeping and ISO14001, health and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop the direct reports; manage team.
• Meet health and safety requirements and manage department budgets.
