Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. seeks an experienced supervisor to manage production through a team of Shift Managers, ensuring health and safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will collate SAP data and machine information to produce productivity reports and drive cost reductions across the department.

The role involves budgeting responsibilities, collaboration with finishing, quality, planning and engineering, and ongoing development of staff to meet ISO14001 and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong mathematical ability for discounts, percentages, and volume calculations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP and AS 400.

Responsibilities

• Manage production through Shift Managers to meet health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collate data from SAP and machine data to generate productivity reports.
• Identify improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Develop and monitor measures to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee budgets and control department expenditures within approved limits.
