Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program Compliance Supervisor to strengthen our FSQA program across operations. You will lead audits, ensure certification compliance, and drive continuous improvement in documentation and recordkeeping.

The role supports a culture of accountability and food safety leadership, with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekend work based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• HACCP certification and/or Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in-plant audits to verify compliance with Perdue FSQA policies.
• Ensure all certification programs (BRC, Process Verified, Organic, Gluten Free, GAP, etc.) are audited and documented; participate in external audits.
• Generate audit reports highlighting deficiencies and secure corrective action plans with owners and deadlines.
• Review and update plant programs for all certification bodies; update HACCP plans after re-assessments.
• Utilize auditing software for instrument audits, CAPA reporting, and new audit tools development.
• Maintain regulatory and certification documents; ensure records are accurate and available to regulators and cert bodies; train records staff.
• Fill in for FSQA supervisors/manager when absent.
