Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking an Assistant Processing Manager for our Seymour location to lead the processing department, support daily operations, and ensure efficient donation processing and pricing in a busy retail setting.

You will collaborate with the Processing Manager, motivate staff, and help meet daily production goals while upholding our mission and values in a Christ-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, production, warehouse, thrift, or a related environment preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Basic computer and web navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the processing department.
• Perform and oversee duties related to accepting donations, presorting, processing, and pricing merchandise.
• Help ensure quick, accurate, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Encourage and motivate team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Work alongside the Processing Manager to address department needs and solve operational issues.
