Job summary

KARM Stores in Seymour, TN is seeking an Assistant Processing Manager to help lead the processing department in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will support daily operations, supervise donations intake, presorting, processing, and pricing while fostering a mission-minded, collaborative team culture.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in retail or related settings, strong communication skills, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and basic computer/web navigation

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, production, warehouse, thrift, or a related environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with urgency.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Basic computer and web navigation skills.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the processing department.
• Accept, presort, process, and price donations.
• Ensure quick, accurate, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Encourage and motivate team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Assist with delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
