Job summary

KARM Stores is hiring for a processing team member in Knoxville, TN. The role supports donation intake, presorting, and pricing of merchandise. You will help the team reach a daily goal of 35 pieces/hour while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Employees enjoy a 25% discount, benefits and PTO, and opportunities for career growth with performance-based raises. Some Saturdays are required; hours are 9am–6pm, with Sunday off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write legibly by hand.
• Proficient typing and basic computer use required.
• Able to interpret and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and presort merchandise.
• Price and tag merchandise according to guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals, 35 pieces per hour.
• Support team and uphold mission and core values.
