Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Donation Processor Shift Lead to support the processing team in a fast-paced warehouse. You will delegate tasks, receive and sort donated merchandise, inspect quality, and price items for the floor, aiming to meet a 35 pieces per hour target.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities with Processing Manager and Assistant Processing Manager.
• Receive and sort donated merchandise.
• Inspect, evaluate, and determine sellable quality.
• Price and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals (Company Target: 35 pieces per hour).
• Maintain organization and safety within the processing area.
• Work closely with team members to move inventory efficiently.
