Job summary

Coreslab Structures (Tulsa) Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Prestress Concrete plant in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The role leads production crews, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinates foremen and laborers to meet daily targets. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction, read blueprints, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive operational performance.

Qualifications

• Reading construction drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with tape measures and standard production tools.
• Strong recordkeeping with accuracy and timeliness.
• Understanding of prestressing processes and safety requirements.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to complete work within established hours.
• Assign daily work tasks to foremen and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing education and development for existing team members.
• Track and maintain daily efficiency and production output records.
• Ensure assigned work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Oversee a minimum of two foremen and their crews.
• Administer employee discipline as required in accordance with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
