Job summary

Coreslab Structures (Missouri) Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Marshall, Missouri to oversee all QC activities at our Prestress Concrete plant. You will lead inspectors, ensure 100% drawing conformity, and drive continuous quality improvements across production.

The role requires supervisory experience in prestressed concrete QC, strong reading of blueprints, and certification in PCI/ACI/OSHA. Expect a full-time, on-site schedule with potential overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in prestressed concrete QC.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure 100% compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Control Inspectors and develop the team.
• Ensure processes/docs comply with PCI/State manuals and customer specs.
• Conduct training to improve quality, inspect products per shop drawings.
• Coordinate with production, estimating, and project managers on issues.
