Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–8 years of related industry experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong judgment for safe work-site operations.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Proficiency with Prestress-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and yard operations to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain production schedules and labor budget targets.
• Ensure quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage team schedules and daily timecards.
• Prepare production reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to meet production goals.
• Oversee material inventory and resource availability.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Lead training and development of team members.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to management.
