Job summary

Terumo Neuro is seeking a Lead Associate in Production to oversee assembly operations, record build data, and drive continuous improvement in a cleanroom manufacturing environment in the United States. The role interfaces with engineers and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure production goals are met.

Ideal candidates will have strong manufacturing experience, the ability to train others on assembly procedures, and proficient English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to do small part assembly under a microscope with vision systems.
• Clear English communication with peers, engineers, leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products.
• Record data on build records.
• Identify and resolve problems with technicians or supervisors.
• Improve processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Train other assemblers on procedures as directed by lead/supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and compliance with quality systems.
