Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) - seven (7) years supervising/directing personnel, preferably within medical device industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of basic lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates production activities to meet product schedules.
• Maintains staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Monitors workflow, equipment, and resources; implements improvements.
• Schedules and assigns personnel; sets priorities and analyzes progress.
• Mentors line leads to reinforce production goals among assembly personnel.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
