Medline Industries, LP is seeking a production operator to support manufacturing operations, including assembly, machinery operation, and packaging. The role emphasizes efficient, high-quality output and adherence to safety standards, with responsibility for training new staff and coordinating daily tasks.

You will work under supervision, handle changeovers, review production reports, and assist in workflow coordination across departments. Overtime and flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 1 year previous production/manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Read and write English; effectively communicate instructions to employees.
• Basic math skills.
• Perform physical tasks and overtime as needed.
• May require forklift certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee manufacturing and production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging.
• Ensure efficient operations with minimal downtime and high-quality production.
• Operate production equipment to ensure proper output and quality standards.
• Perform changeovers, stage raw materials, and schedule maintenance activities.
• Read and analyze system-generated reports and use AS400 to view inventory.
