Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is hiring for production machine operators to safely run and monitor a range of production and sterilization equipment. You will work with a team to ensure high product quality and efficient output, including setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities include verifying labels and packaging, documenting machine parameters, weighing and packing products, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math (addition and subtraction) required.
• Ability to work well with others to achieve team goals.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Must have a high sense of urgency.
• Repetitive hand movements to place components in trays and wrap trays.
• Must be able to lift totes of components up to 50 lbs.
• May work in warm or cold environments and in clean room attire.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and set up production and packaging equipment safely.
• Perform minor maintenance and address equipment issues with maintenance when needed.
• Verify inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot; adjust processes to maintain quality.
• Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms/logs.
• Weigh products before packaging; load and transport finished products; verify packaging integrity.
• Maintain line clearance; complete scrap reports; assist in other projects as assigned.
• Keep work area clean and safe; ensure proper housekeeping and regular equipment cleaning.
