The candidate should bring 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, plus hands-on knowledge of MES or similar production software. This position offers growth in a dynamic West Michigan manufacturing network.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards.
Experience using MES or equivalent production management software.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams.

Responsibilities
