Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in interpreting production schedules, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (bonus).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (bonus).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) (bonus).
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative environment.
