Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Production Manager in Charlotte, MI to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, and meet production targets. You will drive quality and efficiency while managing a skilled production team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and strong lean, ERP/MRP knowledge to optimize schedules, reduce waste, and improve productivity in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
5+ years in manufacturing operations with 2+ years in leadership.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Strong production planning, scheduling, and inventory control with ERP/MRP.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain standards.
Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
Optimize production schedules and resource allocation for efficiency.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
