Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS) in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Production Lead to supervise a team of production workers, schedule activities, and drive process improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will collaborate with operations leadership to provide resources, monitor performance, and implement lean initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a lead-type or coaching role in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production workers to achieve production goals.
• Develop production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resource use.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and enforce safety protocols.
