Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a lead/coaching role in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and communication skills to coach a diverse team.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with ERP and production planning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of production workers to meet goals and targets.
Develop and manage production schedules based on demand and resources.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely materials.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resources.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing.
