Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate and engage teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and manufacturing ERP systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a production team to meet daily targets and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with production planning to develop daily schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor product quality, perform inspections, and address deviations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the team.
• Coordinate with inventory to manage materials and finished goods.
• Provide training and feedback to staff for growth.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and QA to align goals.
