Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production workers to achieve production goals and targets.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members perform duties safely and effectively.
• Assist in developing production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resources.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing principles.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor product quality throughout production.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to safety protocols by all employees.
• Conduct safety inspections and mitigate risks.
• Provide training on safety procedures.
