Salary Range: $25.00 To $27.00 Hourly

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX. , seeks a results-driven, dynamic Manufacturing Production Lead . As a Manufacturing Lead, you will play a critical role in assisting leadership to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of production workers, schedule production activities, and execute process improvements to optimize manufacturing processes at the direction of operations management. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the manufacturing operations comply with all safety regulations. You will also monitor the production process to identify and address any issues that may arise and work closely with leadership to provide team members with the necessary resources to ensure continuous production. Overall, your role as a Manufacturing Lead will be to assist TSS leadership in creating a positive work environment that enables quality results and encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production workers to achieve production goals and targets.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
• Assist in developing production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and work with leadership to adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing principles.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of defects.

Qualifications
