Job summary

Addison Group in Edmond, OK is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations on the manufacturing line. This direct-hire, on-site role requires hands-on leadership to coach the team, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has prior experience leading manufacturing teams, understands lean manufacturing, and can drive continuous improvement on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with fiberglass manufacturing, composite materials, or similar fabrication processes preferred.
• Knowledge of fiberglass lay‑up, finishing, coatings, painting, or related production processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure the manufacturing line is organized and prepared for operations.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and support to production team members.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production delays.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support production scheduling, daily priorities, and workflow coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and lean manufacturing practices.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance improvement.
• Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
