Woodgrain, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing in the assigned area. You will sequence machine operations, deploy tasks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will coordinate staffing with HR, train team members, monitor workloads, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School/GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year related manufacturing experience.
• Basic mechanical abilities.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a close environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production activities within the assigned area to meet site goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and clean, hazard-free work areas.
• Coordinate staffing with HR and participate in hiring/on-boarding of new hires.
• Balance resources with workload to achieve on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Train and develop supervised staff to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
