You will coach a team of assemblers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive Lean initiatives to improve delivery and reduce costs. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily manufacturing operations for order fulfillment.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant workplace.
• Monitor production levels and key performance metrics.
• Use ERP system to plan and monitor work based on requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and employee development.
• Hire, coach, and conduct performance appraisals when needed.
• Train new employees and discuss career growth regularly.
• Motivate staff to meet goals, resolve problems, and optimize processes.
• Enforce company policies and maintain attendance records.
• Recommend Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
• Coordinate setup and adjustments with cross-functional teams.
• Backfill as assembler and Line Lead as needed.
• Handle other production supervisory duties as required.
