Job summary

Thistle is hiring a Lead, Production at the Vacaville facility. You will lead a team of Production Associates on the production floor, ensuring meals, snacks, and beverages are plated and packed to meet KPI goals and quality standards.

You will oversee GMP/SOP adherence, manage line components and weights, and communicate daily targets while maintaining accurate documentation and safety practices. Must have a High School diploma and 1+ year experience in food manufacturing; Food Handler’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years related experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Desire to grow into leadership positions.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Associates to meet KPI goals.
• Ensure GMPs and SOPs are followed on the line.
• Communicate daily production goals to the team and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain line organization and proper labeling of meals and components.
• Submit documentation and update production metrics regularly.
